go to the exercise tab on this site and there will be a search bar, simply punch in what you did and it will search for the exercise, it will get pretty close, for example; brisk walk 4.0 miles and it should give you the calories burned....good luck!:wink:

Can't really think of anything other than what I use it for.........Spaghetti Squash Lasagna......you might be able to use an alfredo sauce instead of red sauce, or fattachini.:smile:
