Thankyou thats very helpful, i'll aim for about 160ish grams per day then, i'm not doing a structured programme just alternating between legs / arms / back / chest etc with what ive not done for 2/3 days and generally doing 3 sets of 10 reps of a weight ive can manage but struggle with towards the end, all these are also…

Aaah right Thankyou so that would lead me to be wrong then (which I expected) so sodium should be approx 40% of what the packed says under salt content?

Thanks, Im not sure if they are low or not for example: Thursday I ate 1222 calories but burnt 971 from excercise aswell so it may seem not many but I still ate a reasonable amount and the same with friday I ate1547 but burnt off 1050 so again seems alot lower.

Yep, Did it last year for 1 month and lost a stone and half, maintained that weight for the last year and started again 5 weeks ago and lost another stone now,
