Can someone check my food diary to see how it looks

Hi i'm quite new to this been doing this for a month or so now and gone from 15st 3 to 14st 2

I joined the gym last week for the first time in my life and the weight seems to be dropping off, I would like to lose another stone or so to get between 13st and 13.5st before looking at starting to build a little muscle, I am a complete novice to this though if anyone could look at my diary and check what I am doing is ok generally, It should be very accurate as I have become abit OCD about it all now and am weighing out pretty much everything I eat.

Also is anyone can recommend the best equipment in the gym for shreadding this weight, that would be great, So far been doing 30 mins of Speed intervals on the treadmill, then using the bikes and rowing machines.

Your calories seem really low to me, and that's saying something since I have to push to hit 1200 everyday. Your protein isn't bad, but you could stand to add in some more fat and some more vegetables/fruit.

Edit: You are welcome to look at mine if you like, though I make no claims to any sort of superiority.

Thanks, Im not sure if they are low or not for example:

Thursday I ate 1222 calories but burnt 971 from excercise aswell so it may seem not many but I still ate a reasonable amount and the same with friday I ate1547 but burnt off 1050 so again seems alot lower.

You need to eat back some of those exercise categories. By maintaining such a huge calorie deficit you are setting yourself up for malnutrition.
