Same here. It is quite a problem. But you have to discover what your body responds to most - for yourself. Weights training is a good way. More muscles = more calorie burn just by existing. Weights + cardio + healthy diet (lots of proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs) and a looot of patience. Good luck :)
