Could do with some motivation

Gained weight recently (breakup...holidays...) and now I feel like I am about to blow. It all went to my tummy, what I am trying to get rid of so hard

Join the club! I work in a school, so i've just had the easter holidays off and it all went to pot.
But now i'm back at school, back in a routine, it's time to get back on it. It's a new week, so consider it a new beginning. I've also put weight back on, and as much as it hurts to do so, i went onto my profile here and added those extra few pounds to my current weight. You could see it as a step backwards, or you can see it as a positive step towards that fresh start. Unfortunately dwelling on it won't do anything, it's time to kick your backside into gear, go for a run, hit the pool, find a new and a healthy recipe to try for dinner.
You can do it! Yes it's difficult, and yes there will be plenty of obstacles in your way, but you've got to stay strong, power through, and think how worth it it will all feel in the end. Belly fat is a pain to get rid of, there is no denying it, but there is only one way it'd going to happen, and that's to stop moping and get back on the wagon, so to speak.
Also, think about how super awesome you'll look in a few weeks time. You can do it!!!0 -
Yeah there is no secret or magic... "get off couch and eat less shiiiiet" I started filling out food diary again today and kicked my butt to gym.. but it is so un-motivational to look at yourself in the mirror and not recognise yourself For me the biggest misery and also biggest motivator usually is to put on fat pants and seeing they fit..again! (they fit but they didn't motivate me this time)0
