Hello - 11 days new to this site and I love it too. Ive been going to the gym since October 2011 and have been working hard but was not really tracking calories. This site is great! Hoping to find some friends for daily motivation :glasses:

I work out at Riverview Rehab and Fitness in Noblesville and have a personal trainer twice a week. Having a trainer keeps me focused, gives me accountability and I get to learn new machines, boxing etc every session so it doesnt get old. Since this gym is through the hospital (and open to anyone), the cost is very good and…
