I'm so glad I ran across this group! I'm turning 43 next month and my periods have been irregular for about a year. My worst symptoms are sleeplessness and mood swings something awful! A lot of great advice on here. You can plant the seed, tell him how you feel...that you love him and want him around a long time. But, to be honest...nothing is going to happen until he's ready for it to happen. No amount of persuading is going to make it happen any faster. He has to want it for himself...pushing him too…

I have plantar faciitis too. I've tried the stretching, the split at night, rolling it over a frozen bottle of water, the whole bit.
