Hey y'all. I am really good at making challenges that I cannot stick with. I am trying to start smaller like with drinking more water, and exercising three days a week.

Don't worry you will get through this. Food is not the enemy, it is simply the source for which you live off. Try eating healthy things so that way you do not feel ashamed for eating. i struggled with anorexia nervosa and i still do a little bit. Also, try doing exercise for fun not to burn calories. i work out for 5 days a week. 4 for 90 minutes and one for 50. so i need a lot more calories considering my body continues burning calories after exercising and i am constantly moving doing chores walking or in my case running from class to class. i found 1200 was to low and i was not gaining and muscle but i bumped it up…

it all depends on what you start as to maintain your weight, increase that a little bit more and increase how long your doing your intensity

you can do anything you put your mind to. i did 300 push ups and 300 situps in 1 hour i have never been able to do that before just continue to push yourself a little more. and just give it your all i have gained 5 pounds of muscle and lost ten pounds of fat. Dont wory you will get there
