I went to the science museum at the weekend as it was raining – this weekend I Am going to the natural history one and the V and A one. You could look at events on meetup as well !

I am a single girl and I don’t buy ready meals – I tend to eat more at lunch time and have a lighter snack/meal in the evenings - Such as baked potato/omelette/soup. I'm 5.4 and weigh 160 and I am just back into my 12's but it really depends on the shop - plus I carry most of my weight on my chest ! When I get down to about 145 I find myself back in 10's - UK sizes

i'm the opposite at the weekend apart from wine (which I am now back on Gin and Vodka). I have more time to make healthy dinners - I tend to eat break fast later, then lunch and dinner a bit later - leaver less time for snacking! Keep up the good work!

Thanks ever so much for the advice and tips. I like the idea of logging it in the morning and planning round it. I got a shock when I pretended I was going to have a meat feast pizza (which I would do before dieting). It does seem that you can enjoy more if you cut out or reduce meat :) x

Bles him he has not done anything and that's why I think is prob me! I just worry and seeing someone who might be having encounters with lots of people. Should I leave it a while before asking if we are "together" we act like we are in so many ways
