With nicer weather in Ohio I hope to add some milage to my walking. Both my scale and dogs will appreciate the extra effort. I want to start running a bit more but when I take the dogs with me they mess it up since they have to stop and sniff things every 29 feet.

They can influence you but they can't force you to eat/drink something your willpower can overcome. My wife eats a lb. of chocolate ,drinks 2 liters of soda and smokes a pack of cigarettes day but I don't follow that lifestyle anymore. You just need to be stronger and don't make excuses for giving in.

Not always...but I will round up my calorie intake on that meal to cover the taste test items. I am guilty of "testing" noodles a bit more than necessary.

I prefer when people say nothing, my drop of 35 lbs makes me happy and I did it for me. Answering questions and comments from others just makes me uncomfortable. While I don't mind a person saying they notice and I look much better, I much prefer to fly under the radar.

Fried matzo might not be a bad option. Since a piece (30grams) of plain matzo is only about 110 calories. This shirt is my nemesis, I haven't fit into it for 10 years. It hangs where I can see it every time I open the closet. The day I can button it up...comfortably is the day I switch from losing mode to maintenance mode.

The only thing I like cottage cheese in.......is in the trash can. Can't stand the stuff, the texture and taste just creep me out. But I applaud everyone that likes it and finds palatable uses for it.

Like I mentioned in a different thread, it's not bad for the low calories it contains and in my opinion it's better than nothing. I have to add a tablespoon of Hershey's syrup to it to make it seem like REAL ice cream. No harm I just take a little smaller serving and the added syrup is surprisingly low in calories

Not terribly impressed with the two flavor I tried S'mores and chocolate almond were mediocre. Nothing that a few squirts of Hershey's syrup can't fix. I'll take a bit less ice cream and add the syrup.
