I don't mind formal diets if they teach someone how to eat reasonably to lose weight and keep it off. That said: the Dukan diet is NOT reasonable. It's overly restrictive, and is based on no science.

Reading because he was already under investigation for his ideas of giving students extra marks for losing weight and being slim and would have more than likely have been struck off
