I spray foil with some oil...use a bit of salt and pepper and I also throw in some fresh broccoli and a cubed red potato. I put a tbs of light blue bonnet butter on top and wrap the foil around it all. I steam it in the oven at 375 until the potatoes are done...about 30-45 minutes. I eat it all the time!

I'm 5'3" and wear anywhere between a size 4 and 11 and I weight 117. All the different brands of jeans are very different from each other. The size 11's are Wet Seal and the size 4 is Old Navy and a few other brands that I can't remember right now.

I do homemade most of the time...sometimes semi-homemade and sometimes store bought for when we are in a hurry and want something hot to eat.

You can do it! I gained 85 after/during my two pregnancies. Being pregnant was hard on my body. So far I have lost 66 pounds in about a year. My youngest is nearly 15 months old now. It takes time for the weight to come off. Just remember that patience and persistance is key and slow and steady will keep the weight off.…

I don't drink pop but maybe a few times a year. I personally would much rather have the real thing as opposed to a diet pop. Tastes a lot better and I don't feel funny after drinking it like I do with anything diet.

I have that too....I have no idea if it will go away all I can do is hope....and if that still doesn't work there's this thing called a tummy tuck that I would get in a heartbeat. lol

It's taken me about a year to lose 65 pounds. That's figuring 1-2lbs a week. It should take around 15 weeks to lose 30 pounds the healthy way. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

I think all levels are challanging in their own way. To me, level 2 was the hardest. If you make it passed level 2 the rest is a breeze.

Don't deprive yourself of what you love, try healthier versions of them, you may like it more. Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Reduced sodium, sugar and fat. Fresh is best...none of that canned fruit junk, prepackaged meals or anything like that. Try to make things homemade...you have more…

Fruit mostly... Like apples with peanut butter or a fruit icey thing. I just put fruit and ice in a blender and wahla! Something yummy to drink besides water and there is no fat in it :)
