I love pasta! But I am finding that it isn't very filling for the amount of calories it is. I am seriously starving within a couple of hours of eating it so I try to stay away from it. There is also whole grain pastas but some of them taste funny with different sauces.

Just handweights...I would start off with smaller ones and work your way up. I started with 3lb and I'm using 5lb now..i's a tough workout but it is awesome and you will feel great! I'm on day 24 now and feel awesome!

MFP tells me to eat 1309 without exercise...Spark people tells me to eat anywhere from 1200-1550... I eat as many calories as I need and just make sure my net is at 1200 to lose 2 pounds a week. you can try eating smaller more frequent meals. Whole grain breads are a lot more calories per slice than regular wheat bread..you can try fruit and veggies to boost it up a little more. I find that if I eat a bigger breakfast I have less of a hard time getting in enough calories.

I have no idea but their salads are really good. If you are wanting meat...get a lean protien. Or get your favorite thing there but ask for a box when you get your food and put half of it in there. You could replace the pork sausage with turkey sausage...and try to keep the fat content down. If you can afford it calorie wise and you aren't eating it every day...I don't see anything wrong with it.

I think as long as you're not making it a thing you do every weekend you will be fine. On the weekends, it rough for me because my husband isn't into eating healthy as much as I am...I just pay attention to my body and limit the junk. I also drink a lot of water.

I was using Sparkpeople.com in the very beginning and I found it very difficult to use...and the tools aren't easy to find or use. MFP has everything right there and very easy to use. I prefer MFP...however I mostly use it for the support and keeping track of my goals now. :)

I'm on day 20 of 30 Day Shred and if I gained any weight it was withing the first few days of doing it...but I have lost that and more. Good luck!

I've lost quite a bit doing it. I'm currently doing it for a 3rd time and I'm on day 20 and I am thrilled with the results. :) And the work-outs are only 27 minutes long!

If it's hot where you live, that may be it. I know I was swollen for a couple of days but it has gone away...You could also see a doctor. It could be something more serious. Good luck!

MFP is set up so that even if you don't exercise you will still lose weight. This is why it is important to eat your burnt calories...otherwise your body will go into starvation mode. It didn't make sense to me at first either until I followed other peoples advice and I seen the results for myself.

I was burning nearly 1000 calories a day and was having the same problem until I cut my work-outs back to burn less and I am able to eat my calories without a problem.

I had 500 calories left to consume last night after supper and I made up some bean dip. Reduced fat refried beans, cheese and salsa and then of course chips to dip and that took care of it. Maybe try nuts. :)

I have a lot of fat left in my stomach. Just this last week I cut a lot of fat out and have done 100 sit-ups (chest touches knees) a day and I have lost 1 inch off my stomach....in just 1 week. Maybe ask your doctor. My sisters also have PCOS and they're both on Metformin and they hate it.
