I completely agree. I have found that generally MFP is a pretty safe place...there don't seem to be many crazy/evil people on here *knock on wood* and most people are looking for encouragement and real friends. I bought them once...it takes willpower to eat them lol. They are rubber bandlike...and only tolerable if well seasoned. I never used the second pack I bought...but anything is worth trying once as long as it won't kill you. They're not too expensive so..

Best is the plain yogurt allll by itself. :/ (ICK). Worst must be the butter I added to my 100 calorie popcorn hahahaha. But I think I may be saving the true worst for tonight when I get home...it's in the freezer lol!

Toned tummy & smaller arms...I actually <3 my legs...I don't want little ones. My boobs are shrinking, but they still look nice, so I am okay w/it they were toooo much b4. If I could somehow force my body to only lose weight in my arms & mid sections the rest of me could stay.

holy crap....no wonder it makes me sick the next day heh...well it's been a while, I usually pop a mini bag when I get a craving (which is often since my co-workers are ALWAYS making popcorn). They are trying to make us fatter & lazier so we don't have the energy to do any different sort of outing.

MFP can only give an estimate and it tends to be a bit high...I would invest in an HRM (just got mine yay!!) they give more accurate numbers...but it is possible :)
