MFP is not an accurate way to monitor your vitamin intake as they are not required by law in most countries to be listed on packaging and a large proportion of the database entries will not include the vitamin content

Have you thought of speaking to a doctor and getting properly tested? The way you're on about doing it will not give any accurate information

The thing is making bold statements like I've quit sugar is meaningless as is I've cut out all Junk food. I personally don't really care what people cut out that's there look out. It's this strange attitude especially to sugar that because they count it as 'processed' it's going to miraculously make them healthier. Honey…

You do know that Honey is sugar and that blueberries contain sugar as do most of the things you've been eating. I think you use the word sugar and do not know what it means

Carbs these are important too and are you eating enough overall calories

For someone with only 13 pounds to lose 2 pounds a week is a huge amount. Your body can naturally fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day. My suggestion stop weighing daily (which is what I guess your doing) and have a little patience and keep an eye on the trend over a period of time not the absolute number in a small period of…

Food is a better alternative. You have a relatively small amount of weight to lose so you should have MFP set to lose .5 pound a week with that along with any exercise calories there should be plenty of room to eat real food

Ahh it's the time of year to start telling us runners we're going to drop dead if we run too much. This is a great piece that explains that the conclusions people are drawing from this study are well flawed at best http://www.runnersworld.com/health/will-running-too-much-kill-you

I love this

Why do you need to live on salads? There's many foods that will fit into a 'sensible' calorie goal that are more likely to fill you up. Also I would never listen to a PT for nutrition advice. The majority of PTs have no reputable qualifications in nutrition (there is the odd exception) and seem to perpetuate vast numbers…

Why are you eating so little? with nearly 50 pounds to lose you can eat a lot more. Set your goals to something more sustainable (like a pound or even .5pound a week).

I sometimes Fart and blame it on the dogs

My guess is you've not calculated your RHR accurately. If though you think it is go and see a doctor

It's not discouragement it's realism the OP will not lose 3 stone in that amount of time without making herself ill that's just a fact I'm afraid. In reality due to the stresses and strains of weddings she will be lucky to lose anything. My advice is don't put any more pressure and stress on yourself than you need to.…

A calorie is a calorie if you burn one walking or one running you still burn that unit of energy.

I ate 5 bananas yesterday.

I assume you get exercise with the Mop afterwards as well. So you get a cardio workout as well. Genius

Maybe he was trying to refer you to someone who could help you and answer your questions. They are General Practitioners so not experts in everything when they feel it appropriate they will refer you on to someone more specialised. Your Dr obviously thought you needed to see someone so why not take his advice rather than…

You don't if your doing quick calories because they're well 'quick calories'. To track everything else you need to log properly by individual foods off the database

I started running at around 300 pounds and I had this paranoia. In reality most people really don't care and it's your own insecurities and if they did you have one up on them that you are trying something they are not. Sunglasses I found helped my paranoia but in the end you just need to push through it and not let that…

You can eat what you eat now just less of it. Don't over complicate it set a reasonable calorie goal weigh and measure your food accurately and stick within your goals. Don't label food as healthy or unhealthy it's just food aim for a balanced diet and you'll be fine. Also don't be scared to have the occasional sweet…
-
Your body does not crave protein from other sources if you have a balanced diet. You feel it's wrong to eat animals but you decide to even though it's perfectly easy to get all nutrition from non animal sources. Sounds like a bunch of excuses to me. If your morally happy to eat meat (which you obviously are because you are…

Err canola oil is from rapeseed. The name was changed to make it seem less threatening for the US public. Rapeseed used for human consumption of highly refined and not dangerous.

Why would you wear clothing that would hold onto moisture and possibly rub ?That makes no sense. If you're comfortable wearing jeans while working out you're not working hard enough.

I think you need to go and speak to a medical professional.

Relax weigh yourself less and stop obsessing. My weight can vary up to 5 pounds a day. It's perfectly normal

Those impedance scales are widely inaccurate regarding body fat. They can be affected by simple things such as if you have a full bladder
-
So are you trying to justify eating less? You should be working on the opposite assumption. What is the most you can eat to achieve your goals not how little can you eat. I think maybe you should think about your mind set

It's only just been released give it a chance
