I already did that! After 2 years of it I sorta looked like a corpse. Skinny, grey, UGLY...so NO, wouldn't do that again. A large chunk of my daily calories go to fruit and veg, but I will ALWAYS hit 120 to 150 grams of animal protien a day...otherwise I feel like I am starving!!

I did a lot of research on this and found that many different exercise "gurus" suggest eating after workout...I usually save about 200 to 300 calories out of my daily budget to eat after workout - I swear I sleep better with a little food in me.

I tend to stay away from high sodium and man made chemicals. I just don't feel great after I eat a hot dog or boxed macaroni and cheese, etc. Will I eat organic hot dog or homemade mac & cheese? YUP!

Because I literally throw up from massive pain at least 2 days per month - would you also suggest working out with a migraine? Wait till ya hit 50 with fibroids so large you can't button your pants for a week, then you can judge.
