I'm ready for a fresh start with a new commitment. I'm going to focus on successes in one day at a time through the entire January. Positive mind sets with exercising four times a week at least. I want the exercising to be a variety of ways and not stuck with one type of exercising. I need variety to succeed. LET'S GOOOOOO!

Day off today...painting, exercising and cleaning on my to do list, with a little work from home (yes, I said day off, but I am addicted to my work...LOVE IT).

I'm in!!! I have at least 50 to lose plus, well, plus more!

It is the beginning of the work week and I just saw this Goals vs. Gremlins. What a perfect day to participate. 1. 10,000 steps (easy to do when I am not on vacation) 2. Log food 3. Exercise even if it is only a little bit each day. 4. Find 15 minutes for my choice for me (ex.: read, sit outside, or puzzles, etc.) I'm…

I am hoping to hit 10,000 steps today since I am on vacation for a couple weeks. I easily hit 10,000 steps when I am working. I love what I get to do during the work week. High is 44 degrees so I am thinking the pups and I should go on an adventure walk. I call it "adventure" when the dogs get to go. LOL! Have a…

Am I too late? I would love to have more MFP friends and support others, too.

I'm in! I cannot run due to it being considered high impact on my knees which saddened me because I really wanted to try to jog again. So....I bought an elliptical and am going to try to do the C25K on it. Who knows, I may sign up to walk t Color Run this summer. I haven't totally given up the idea of not running again, so…

I'm with you on how you feel, but today I feel determined to jump back on track. I have gained some of my lost weight back and know today is the day! lemur_lady put some great advice out there. Thank you lemur_lady Bottom line is, you are not alone and every day is a new day, so let's make this day count! :D

I'm ready to jump on board. I am 5ft 9 and my SW was 292, my current weight is 242. I would love to lose 50 lbs by June and be at a GW of 192...That would make a total of 100 lbs off since beginning! I am ready to feel good this summer and not feel like I am hiding on the outside. I'm a pretty positive person and love my…

God made us his perfect plan according to his special plans. I know He would shake his head at me if he saw some of the things I choose to eat. LOL! This post makes me think, "I just wonder what His day's menu of food intake for me would be if I were to sit down with him in a MFP Counseling session. LOL!_

You CAN do this! Take one day and one step at a time! Shine on!

You WILL succeed! Take one day at a time. I think I joined MFP the end of January, but still feel very new to it! I say my heart was talking to me and waving a red flag, (doctors didn't think so. I also thought it was my age of 53 "years experience," but doctors didn't think so.) so Nov. 1st, I began trying to lose on my…

So very glad to read these goals. Gives me ideas as well as motivation! Thank you, everyone! I am pretty new to MFP. My goal in February was to keep my focus and not completely fall backwards or off. Fruits and vegetables has also been a February goal of mine. Success! I set more of a long term goal beginning in…

Super, super job! My weight was staying the same, but my clothes were fitting much, much looser. I have finally lost a pound and I am ok and still focused. We do not need to loose 20 pounds overnight to be successful (exaggerated pounds overnight)! You just keep up the super work, iciaramirez .
