The only test I would trust is the legit one where you pay and they dunk you under water- that is by far the most accurate, all these other estimations can be off as much as 20% ive learned.

I think your protein is too low and carbs too high (some days close to 200, thats a LOT for someone trying to lose)...make protein high (take your weight, and thats how many grams of protein you should have).

I am 5'2.5 lol and I want to weigh 135....not sure if I'll be able to get that low, havent been that low ever. I weigh 151 now. so we will see :)

I do not eat bananas.... they are higher in calorie and one of the few fruits that go through you within an hour leaving you feeling hungry and not providing much nutrient. just my opinion :)

i never did it consistently, because i'd be too tired from other workouts but when i did do it for about 3.5 weeks like off and on i loss some inches on my waist, no lbs= i think if you are disciplined it works!

From a doctor/trainer/nutritionist perspective I've always been told taking one day of rest is necessary, even body builders do. when you are resting and sleeping, is the time your body is changing the most and its vital.

Just be careful because chipotle has a LOT, A LOT of sodium... which can make you retain water/gain weight. other than that, here and there its fine
