We're going away at the end of the month so I think I'm going to do a mix of insanity and weight training after we finish to tone up before we go. Once back I plan on doing a hybrid of t25 and p90x. It'll be nice to work out for 30mins a day rather than an hour for awhile. I think I'll do insanity again in a few months…

Didnt manage to do it today as pulled my hamstring yesterday but I plan on doing it tomorrow and not doing max recovery on thursday so I manage to finish all the cardio this week. Hopefully my hamstring heals itself overnight it has had 2 days rest and seems a bit better tonight so fingers crossed for tomorrow! Hope…

I just mistakenly had a look at max interval circuit and omg I am scared! It looks insane I am seriously dreading it now... Same here! Fitness levels are definitely getting better but lol it's still not making it any easier! I had to stop a few times in between exercises my body was not letting me today...
