  • Welcome and good luck. I make a lot of dinners with chicken breasts. One of my simple and quick meals is Mexican Chicken. Chicken breasts covered in salsa and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover with foil and bake at 400 for about 20-25 mins depending on how think the chicken is. Goes great with rice.
  • Yes it counts as water. I use a lot of the flavored packets I mix in my water and add them to my diary as water and then add the packet to either the meal or a snack. Happy Drinking. :)

  • I agree the soon the better. I run inside and out and I love my Asics. Now there are different types of running shoes depending on whether your feet turn in or out. Asics makes both. They may be alittle pricey but it is money well spent. Happy shopping!

  • The best time is whatever works best for you. If it fits your schedule in the evening then do it then. I always go after work, that's what works for me. You still burn calories and get all the same effects , do what works best for you. Besides his is your journey, who cares what 'they' say.
