I probably will get reamed for this but I weigh in 2 times a week, usually Wednesdays and Sundays. However after weighing in at 199 lbs yesterday I was curious if it was just a fluke or not so I weighed in again this morning, two (2) days in a row I weighed in at 199 lbs. Lord willing I keep losing down to my GW.

I'm not trying to spot reduce, I just want to bring out my abs. My stomach is getting pretty flat now, I just want to define my abs. Also what about the side abs, (aka love handles), they are pretty much gone as well, how do I work those abs to get them defined?

I went to the Scoobysworkshop page and it calculate out for me that my BMR should be at 2076, My TDEE should be at 3219, MFP says my Daily Activity should be 2440, and my Daily Goal should be 1940. Water weighs (roughly) 8 lbs per gallon...if you drink a lot of water during the day, that very well could explain the high flux.
