I agree on there is a limit on too much fruit. I would stick to no more than 4 a day, but eat as many veggies as you can, specially dark green leafy ones!

Don't weigh everyday! Your weight will go up and down normally! Have you tried eating somewhere in between 1200 and 1700 and exercising? Also try measuring yourself. Sometimes we lose inches and not pounds! Good luck!

I would watch eating the exercise calories because I think some of them are overstated on this site. Eat some if you are still hungry, if you aren't hungry don't eat them just because they are there. Just my opinion! Kim

I think a food diary is the best way to see what and how much you eat - if you bite it write it! After a few days you will get a better idea of when you eat too much and why! Also try eating off a smaller plate, I find this is an excellent way to control portions! Good luck to you!

I think they are pretty accurate, much more so than the equipment in the gym or this stie. It does suck, but more more realistic to realize it take more than an hour to burn off that cookie! I love almond butter! But even if you eat peanut butter try and choose the ones that the only ingredient is peanuts or almonds, no added anything! Takes a little getting used to - doesn't taste like jiff! I couldn't eat the old stuff any more!

Kashi is a good brand and probably a better choice than a lot of other frozen meals - also check out Amy's Organics - they have some good ones also. I think a lot of people can blow a great week with a free day on the weekend which usually means free DAYS! I do think a cheat meal every now and then helps keep you on track! Guess you just have to figure out what works for you!

I have some green juice everyday as a mid morning snack - I make it with kale, celery, cucumber, apple, ginger and lemon. I also make green smoothies in the blender with almond milk, protein powder, frozen berries, frozen banana and spinach. Both are very good! Give them a try! Kim
