lost 30 pounds...before/after

I'm 5'8... started my journey at 202.5 and i'm now at 172.6 :) i started january 6, 2011....can anyone see a difference?

    Well done!!!! I wish you luck in your 20 lbs lost before June 15th :) What exercise regimen are you on? I have grown quite fond of zumba and belly dancing classes at my local YMCA!

    Absolutely notice a difference. I was about the same start weight and almost the same current weight as you. I guess I should take some pictures in hopes they look that good.
