I too have had two not good days but I tracked my food both days and that encourages me to be good today to try and make up for it, I think however 'bad' you are, be honest with yourself and note it down, it encourages you to do better, and we all have days that its a struggle :flowerforyou:

I wouldn't worry about the extra calories you can have due to exercise just try and manage the original1200, bigger portions of what your already eating, good luck
