  • For the most part its a toss up between breakfast and dinner, It all depends on what my gym time looks like for that night. On run days its a big breakfast, on weight lifting days its a big dinner.

  • My experiences with herbs and spices is that it really depends on which ones you're using. There are actually quite a few that promote weightloss. Then there are others that have a sodium base and that is a definite no go.

  • I live In AZ and today we hit 108 so swimming is basically a must around here. I dont get to do it everyday, but the weekends are your usually countless hours doing laps.
  • Thankfully with my job and hours now, i get to go to a gym and run outside when its not too hot out.   • Yes we have been to jump street, and of course the kids loved it. The place is actually pretty fun, nothing like a trampoline to really let you know just how out of shape you are lol.
