You can't spot reduce, that's my problem area also!! So every little helps I suppose! I've noticed my body has massively changed in the last 6 weeks due to pole fitness..

Yup and still in the overweight range of BMI, at 186.6lbs and 5ft10. Have about 18lbs to first proper goal :) which will just put me in the healthy range :) Thank you all for your kind words! xxx

I can get hung up on the number on the scale, I know the inches are going down but the scale isn't, it still shows above 13st, and it's taken me 4 months to lose 1 st, just annoying, thought the coil could have something to do with it. Just curiosity :)

I think my super slow weight loss has something to do with my mirena coil, I am SO good with eating healthy and fitness, but doesn't show on the scale at all, I'm tempted to have a check up with the doctor just to see if there is anything medically wrong with me! :/ My brother for example has shed like 3 stone in the last…

according to this app I'm a size 12 in a few shops, SAY WHAT! that's fantastic :happy:

ultimately YES! I'm 5ft 10 so I do love being tall, the only downside is that my boyfriend is 5ft 10 also so when I wear heels I tower over him.. he doesn't mind at all though which gives me confidence to wear heels :) xxx :smooched:
