There is a really good type of chocolate that I eat without any guilt. It's called "Good Stuff Cacao". My health food store now carries it. I found it originally at a yoga studio.

Thank you so much. I'm trying to drink. (I'm also lactose intolerant) I haven't tried the oatmeal smoothie yet. I just had a morning smoothie worth almost 900 calories. I added the whey, thank you! :tongue:

Hi Leijing, I know how you feel. It's really hard gaining weight and eating healthy. Exercise is great but you may find yourself losing more. That doesn't mean stop exercising! Exercise will really help to reduce the stress, plus, exercise will increase your appetite. I'm sure you're pretty busy being a nursing student so…

It's almost 9 now. Not sure if you've eaten yet. Here's some healthy food choices: Almonds, banana, strawberries or an orange. A bowl of cereal with fruit, yogurt, . . . Have you ever tried quinoa? A bowl of quinoa with fruit and almonds always makes me feel better. I hope you're feeling better :)
