Thanks for the advice about Fybogel. I will try that. Must admit I don't eat enough fruit, veg or fibre. But never have done. Have been logging in for three months now. The past two weeks have been drinking much more water.

Absolutely nothing. Complete mystery.

WHAT??!!

Thank you, that makes sense

Rubbish that you need to eat breakfast. Everyone is different. I don't eat breakfast, I am not hungry in the mornings and like the poster, I appreciate my extra points in the evening. If I eat early in the day, it seems to give me more of an appetite and so I want to eat more.

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, apparently. Honestly, no need to be horrid to people! Everybody is different - each to their own.

I would like to know this too. I missed one day and it put me back to zero!
-
Lol

Wow, you did good, Dizzydi

You did very well, Lin. Sounds like you were more in control than you think and with only a 2lb gain, that's good. We go in just under four weeks on AI (our eldest daughter is getting married in Cyprus). I know my good intentions will go out the window during that first meal and evening, lol. Oh well, holidays are to enjoy…

Actually I can work up a bit of a sweat playing Wii tennis. I really hit hard and since starting it this week, the tops of my arms have been aching. I also try to swing my body as much as I can. So these are the reasons I count it

Thought it must be, lol. Thanks Jen. I think it will be safe to log it as a leisurely pace

Amazing, very well done

My daughter and baby grandson having lunch yesterday with her two friends. Apart from them, the restaurant is empty - plenty of space. Man comes in and parks himself at the next door table, almost blocking the pushchair :noway:

Agree with everyone here. Enjoy Zante, it's a lovely island - have been twice

Flippin eck! Amazing! And so you should be excited  Congratulations to you and hubby :flowerforyou:

When at work, I don't eat until lunch time usually, unless I feel particularly peckish then I'll have a banana at some point during the morning. At weekends, I can't wait until lunch time to eat, so a little while after getting up I'll have toast or a bacon sandwich. Yet on holiday or staying in a hotel at any time, I can…

Exactly - thank you and love you pluckabee  And you too, Bearkisses

Oh for heaven's sake, don't be so picky. Sorry I'm not perfect! Wish I'd never asked such a simple question and caused so many people to be on the offensive! I shall think twice in the future! I'll let you get on with your perfect lives now and I'll try and learn what specific means :noway:

Absolutely, SweetPotato  For less kind folk - let's get one thing straight - I'm talking about 4 slices of cucumber, half a tomato and a couple of lettuce leaves here. So little calories. As I don't eat all my exercises calories I don't feel that I am cheating myself. I do NOT count these few items, but anything…

Why do some people have to be so damn sarcastic on here? I asked a simple question. This system works for me. I lose weight. Get over yourself you 'clever' person. Are you rude because you hide behind a computer?
-
Well yes, no one, including me, suggested otherwise!

Thank you - finally someone sees what I was trying to convey

But the bunnies look happier, lol

I have never tracked the macros, just glancing at them from time to time. Too much science for me, I'm afraid. Calories in and calories out are what matters to me. I can't be doing with obsessing about vitamins and everything like that. I think my diet is varied enough and I am healthy (touching lots of wood  Let's…

Lol, but I never said salad stuff didn't have calories! Each to their own - if it works, good. If not, change it
-
I did it for two weeks and was fine - not saying the 500 calories days were easy, but got through them. However, I just couldn't continue for some odd reason after that. On the fast days, I would have the shakes, I was so ravenous! Not saying I won't trying it again at some point though.

Really? How on earth do you swallow the dry powder? :noway:
