I'd be careful with them. For some people, like me, they actually make you feel more hungry. I just keep pre cut veggies with me for times like that. Keep them in a baggie and you can eat them and walk at the same time! It keeps me from snacking on the wrong things while I shop!

thanks for all the advice. my bf did say im gaining muscle too fast and i do get the puffies sometimes. so that makes since. i guess my docs just me freaked out about my metabolism be so slow. seriously, shes a scary chick - no bedside manner! lol

when im lazy or busy , i just cook some rice in fat free chicken broth (i always keep some in the fridge precooked) and add frozen veggies and scramble in an egg and top with soy sauce. its better than it sounds. for something interesting i throw in some chicken and pineapple chunks and top with sweet and sour sauce.

my army bf has says workout first thing in the morning then eat a hard boiled egg and a bowl of fiber one and juice. dont think i have to say why! :sick:

i haven't eaten any differently, and gained allllllot of weight. my doc says she was told the new info is that it ruins your metabolism. it can also make it hard to get pregnant b/c it changes the way your body works and it can take a long time to get it back to normal. sorry for your troubles. I'm working with my doctor…
