  • Well they are little cravings but mainly because the food is there I want to eat it. The past 2 days I have been really good at controling them. Does anyone have any ideas on ways to control cravings or get the ideas of eating because it is there out of my head? Thanks so much! Love the site!
  • hey don't worry. . it's sometimes good to splurge otherwise it will make you miserable. . .so don't let one day get you down!
  • plus the FDA doesn't approve the pills so the people who sell them can put anything they want in them and tell you that they are safe.

  • a good side dish and or snack is shrimp. . about 12 pieces is only 80 calories. you can buy the frozen kind and thaw them whenever. and you can throw them into meals to add a little extra.
  • haha yea it is really hard in college. My major is exercise science and i figure i better get good eating habits now so it will help me in the long run. thanks for the encouragement
