I have the same issue, my husband and I have been doing this for 2 weeks. I do cardio he does total gym. He has lost 4lbs I haven't lost any, but I have noticed a difference in the clothes I wear. It just doesn't help the stay positive attitude, when the scale doesn't show any movement.

Welcome, I am a stay at home mom also. This is my second week. I think you will be surprised at what you are really eating once you start counting calories, I know I was. Will send you a friends request.

Thanks for all the info... I have cut back to 8 cups (or 1 pot of coffee) a day. I hope to cut back more, but 1 step at a time. I wasn't trying to cut coffee out completely. I just hadn't realized how many cups I was drinking in a day and that coffee was the only thing I was drinking. Thanks.

I use Egg Beaters, They come in 3 varieties southwestern style (spicy) , garden vegetable, cheese and chive, and plain. I use southwestern and its 30 cal for 1/4c.
