  • I am 5'10 and he is 6'4. At my heaviest and his skinniest we weighed about the same (which sucked). but I lost a bunch and he gained a little since we met and now I am about 30 less than him, but prefer to be at least 50...
  • I have heard that your can take your goal weight and multiply it by 10... so if you want to weigh 130 you should eat 1300 per day...   • gap body actually has great sports bras!!!! i bought a size smaller than I needed to make it even better... and when you get them on sale they are pretty cheap! im also a sweaty girl and I wear the black anything but cotton... haha it usally works well...

I am not trying to get a lil smaller... but that is a big reward... I also have friends who rewarded themselves with a tatoo... or the easy choice and a necessary one would be a shopping spree!…
  • I think you look great! Especially being a mom of 2... I think you should aim for a goal that you feel comfortable with, but I dont think that you NEED to lose anymore weight... if you want to, to feel comfortable with yourself, then thats your call... but you don't look heavy at all to me...
