Hi Rosy, Weighed in today at 140 lbs which is a 0.6 lb loss and bmi is now 24.8. Thanks and come on numpties. Sorry not a massive contribution this week though! X

Well done that's fab! I did this last week and loved comparing the results. You should try measuring out your weight loss in groceries too and then you can really feel how much you've lost if you carry the groceries around the room! Itr's really encouraging! :wink:

I do sometimes bit only a few hundred a day or two before to make allowances for weekend drinks.

Thanks everyone! Defo nothing to do with time of month. Haven't done much different except ensured I drank 8 glasses of water per day and cut down on salt. Also reached a couple of my normal tea and milk for peppermint tea. May all be a coincidence but did find myself peeing a lot this week! Ha ha :happy:

If this happens in future and you have any tupperware I would quickly divide up portions into your tupperware boxes so you only eat one portion at a time. I did this at Christmas when we got a massive box of celebrations chocs. I divided them into 2 sweet portions (approx 90 - 100 cals per 2) and wrapped each portion up in…

I always go for tandoori chicken 350 cals. Each poppadum is 65.

I usually drink vodka and diet coke which is about 50-60 cals a glass or wine. I try to keep within my limit but usually allow myself an extra 200 cals when I go out and may make up for it the day before or after.

Prodigy yes! It really spurs you on. I also find that when I play it in the car I need to keep checking my speed cos it always makes me drive too fast! Any music that makes you drive too fast has gotta be good for working out! :laugh:

Definitely my biggest problem. Feel like I just have to make it til bed time then I'm done.
