  • Dont think of it as a diet. its more of a lifestyle change. its a tool to track what you eat and provide you the information to make better choices. You can still find and eat food that you like and that is healthy for you. you will FEEL good and so will the people around you. Its contagious! best of luck in your journey…

  • After doing some research I decided to go with a Polar Ft7($85) for my wife and a polar wearlink plus with Bluetooth($79) for myself so i can use it with my android phone.   • Heart Rate Monitor is the way to go. I dont have one so i used the P90X nutrition guide estimate which is 600 cals per workout.
