  • I'd say I'm more compassionate to help others now than when I was heavier. I want everyone to know the secret and follow it so we can all be lean and mean. :)
  • I agree about the junk food and bloat effect. I find that when I eat something heavily rich in creams and saturated fats that I do feel bloated and gassy for a couple of days. I have seen the scale jump up 4 lbs just from water and the solid food I just ate, but then see all of it flushed away 2 days later. So I got to…
  • No cause I need YOUR support!!!
  • @aj_rock The bottom 2 came in around 11% body fat as measured by an expensive scale (that is most likely not very accurate). Competitive Body Builders guessed my body fat to be around 8% just looking at me, but again not very accurate, so I don't really know for sure. @ninerbuff I agree that you don't need weights, but…
  • @joejccva71 Yes it is possible to do it without eating clean, etc... I have tried it other ways and failed. So for my body type and metabolism, 6 clean meals works best. I have a brother in-law that only eats 1 meal a day and he's ripped. However, he works out all day long as a construction worker, so his work outs are…
  • @GoLeanWendy Yes your six pack is already there! Everyone has a six pack under their belly fat. :) Since you are already lean and mean, I would guess that you would need to eat a surplus of protein/carbs/fat in order to build new muscle. This does not happen rapidly. The only way to do this is to tear down the old muscle…
  • Potatoes are ok... It's white rice and white bread that are stripped of nutrients and processed. These will turn to sugar if not burned.
  • <<<<<<<<<<< This guy!!! I like how I look :)
  • Polar RS100... it's like the FT7, but has both calories burned and continuous Heart Rate displayed at the same time.
  • Olive oil and garlic salt :)
  • 1/2 cup measuring cup Tablespoon Gas Grill Microwave Tupperware Can Opener
  • Chicken, brown rice, black beans and veggies.... or Fish, brown rice, black beans and veggies.... You can't go wrong with the above ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Lean beef is ok too, just not as lean as chicken and fish.
  • I'm also in maintenance mode at the moment. I am slowly introducing certain foods back into my diet like red meat and bread. When I feel kinda full from heavier foods, then I do a diet day or diet half day the next day to feel more "normal". I found that red meat stays in my system for 2 days, so I still avoid it most…
  • I majored in Electrical Engineering for 2.5 years, then changed majors to Art w/a concentration in Graphic Design. I have worked as a Web Designer ever since. :) I feel my Art major combined with my engineering background, gave me a leg up on most other Web Designers. In my field we have designers (artists) and coders…
  • Very good article. I follow the 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and it keeps me looking ripped (IMO). I also only eat mostly fish and chicken as my main meal type proteins. I also enjoy Greek Yogurt and cottage cheese.
  • I am 6'1" and my goal weight is 175 lbs... I look the best at this weight.
  • Serious guy! I am done with you! You stated your case... now fly away... seriously!!!
  • @mynameisnutz Thanks bro! I was told good carbs and bad... Oatmeal having good cholesterol, digests well, etc.... So I eat it every morning. I stay away from anything processed... I have no idea what's in there. I think I should have stated that I work a desk job and am 36 years old. I have always been thin, up until I got…
  • I appreciate the honest and scientifically based post. This is way more constructive than a tweety bird calling bullsh*t. If you have actual facts, then that's great! as I have stated all along, I did not make this up. This is the advice I followed that was given to me by my PFT. He is ripped to *kitten* and has won many…
  • I have read your posts. I agree that each person is different. I agree there is more than one way to skin a cat. Your proof is 1 article... My proof is ME and the past 6 months!!! I have nothing left to say to you. Please stop trolling or start your own topic... You posts are adding nothing but flame bait.
  • I think you are just having a bad day. Honestly, you keep trying to rebut actual proof. Friend me and take a look for yourself... Then I'll come down from my high horse. I include all my food, supplements, times during the day, and my cardio and strength training. If you don't believe this stuff works... then why are you…
  • Again... Stop trolling and post your own topic... Now you're just laying flame bait. Honestly, no one is deceiving anyone, except for you. So far you have made nothing but negative claims all while hiding behind a photo of a bird. I have offered up my friendship and a look at my diary as PROOF that what I have stated does…
  • I don't understand your motivation to SAVE people from my post? There are hundreds if not 1000s of posts on this site... Yet you are choosing to bash mine? If someone wants to try what I do, great! I doubt seriously anyone is going to fail miserably by following my steps. LOL Seriously, post your your own topic or add…
  • @Kenny536 Seriously bro? No one is preaching gospel. I think you are misconstruing what I am stating. I am only sharing what I do, and what worked well for me... I didn't make this *kitten* up. It comes from a professional and I have the photos and logging since January to prove it!!! Friend me and take a look for yourself…
  • My brother-in-law also only eats 1 meal a day and is as ripped as me. He also works construction. I work at a desk job. That doesn't make the facts any less significant, it's simply another way to formulate calories IN < calories OUT... He does not need to spread his calories out, why? Cause he is already working out ALL…
  • - Flax Seed Oil - Flax Seeds - L-Carnatine - Creatine - CLA - Whey Protein -Multi-vitamin
  • I take a tablespoon of flax seed oil and flax seeds every morning and every night! I also noticed that red meat takes longer to process for me... If I stay away from it, my system stays super clean, otherwise I get abdominal pain and irregular movements. :)
  • I did a little research into Kenny536's claim of 90% Bull****.... I found more articles supporting the information I laid out than against. But I did find articles that claimed it to be bull**** without any scientific explanations. Basically the articles claim that the other 90% of people claiming the information to be…
  • I eat 1 tbs of Flax seed oil, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey protein, and my supplements every morning first thing. I workout about an hour later. 30 minutes prior to my workout I down a glass of N.O. Without food I can still workout, but I get much better results when I eat first.
