  • i buy pizza dough (pilsbury) which is relatively okay for you....then i add lots of peppers, onions, and mushrooms and buy pasta sauce.....you barely need any cheese (lowfat)! Delicious

  • has anyone ever heard of this/tried it...what did you think? its supposed to drop weight and make your body healthy by drinking only this drink with water for 24 or 48 hrs...you can buy it at their website or ive seen it at walgreens....
  • i think you are at a pretty good level....depending on the amount of food you eat... i usually work off between 400-700 calories...today i did cardio kickboxing for 45 mins and then went on the eliptical and burned off 450 additional calories so today i definitely went over but as long as your having fun is the thing,…
