    heya, yeah, it's nice to know there are others with similar goals. :smile: Although I'm in a horrible Monday morning mood at the moment after seeing the scales earlier...:grumble: Why does my weight have to fluctuate, why can't it just go down?! or at least stay steady?!!

    Am 26, working on 12 lbs to loose. Am not much of a runner/exerciser. And being a software engg, biking to office n housework is all exercise I do. Have been failing to loose more than 2 kg over past 2 months.
    Here is my plan this time, if anyone wants to follow or has some suggestions.

    1. Water:- at least 8 cups of ice cold water a day
    2. 5 small meal over the day
    3. At least 3 cups of green tea(makes u feel full all time. Antioxidant too)
    4. Follow http://www.nowloss.com/weight-loss-plan-to-lose-your-last-10-pounds.htm
    5. Must have 1 serving of milk and 1 serving of fat free yogurt a day.
    6. Warm lemon water in morning (That should have been first).
    7. 2 glasses of warm water before going to bed.
    8. No eating after 8 p.m.

    Starting from tomorrow, will post my progress on 30th September (I hope I can do it) .

    oh it fluctuates all right by at least 5 pounds! at least mine does. so deceiving...well keep up and don't let it bother you! (ha easy to say)
