I haven't logged for about a week or so. I did it religiously, so go further back. And I've been trying to lose weight for 9 months.

I'm 49 and started working out least June and have gained 10 pounds. I work out 4 to 5 days a week with 45 minutes cardio at least and 45 minutes strength training. I've been told that I don't eat enough to lose weight. I need to lose 40 at least but not giving up. I also run some, this week I've ran 4 miles.
