I get up early even on weekends so I use these times: 6 AM-10 AM 10 AM to 2 PM 2 PM to 6 PM 6 PM to 10 PM I generally go to bed by 10 on weeknights and I don't usually eat past ten even on weekends, so I stop my times at 10 PM. I'm never in bed past 8 AM, so even on weekend, it works to have my first category end at 10 AM

It works perfectly, but it comes out more dense than a cake typically would. I think adding egg whites (maybe 1 or 2) would alleviate this issue.

I chose the lowest weight for a healthy BMI for my height as my ultimate goal, but I am not realizing that that is probably way too thin for me, so I'm adjusting it as I go and trying to gain muscle so I focus less on the scale and more on how I feel.

I weigh myself daily and only record my weight if I have a loss... It sounds silly, but I know I am making progress that way and I don't worry when I have a gains or steady weight in between because I know my weight fluctuates...

Can you open your diary so we can see what is going on more clearly? Overall, the most important thing is not to make it a "diet"- make it a lifestyle change. Thinking of changing your eating habits as a diet means that you will stop and go back to the way you were eating. Try to change 1 thing per week- cut out chips and…

You should never NET less than your BMR, because then your body is not consuming enough calories to perform basic functions... I don't follow this rule very well, so don't go by my diary... I have been considering upping my calorie intake because my NET is so low, but that's scary! I tend to net around 1000-1100 calories a…

I can't see your diary, so I don't know what your workout routine is like, and this is only my experience, but honestly, when I added lifting to my workout routine, the scale starting moving massively after less than a week!

I'm 5' 6" and my measurements are (about) 34-27-36 and I weigh 136 ... I'm not entirely sure I measured myself perfectly though...

I hate it too, I just do it anyway. I always feel better afterward, and as I'm busting my butt I just keep reminding myself that at least I'm not sitting at home on the couch... It helps me to know that I'm doing something to change my body in a positive way instead of being lazy

And here I thought this was a supportive community... Now I know why I rarely post on the message boards.

I'm allergic to peanuts and soy.

I'm doing this as well... I rarely drink in the first place, but I find myself very tempted when I have girls nights and things like that, so I'm going to give it up completely for Lent (even on Sundays!), along with something else... Haven't decided what yet, though...

Thanks all... I weigh everything I eat and only use generic when I know the calories of what I'm making/eating but can't find it in the library of food... my calories are set to 1670... I can't figure out how to get more protein in my diet... I really don't eat much meat and I can't stand any type of beans... I started…

Drink a glass of water before every meal- a lot of the time our bodies will confuse thirst fir hunger, so this way you are getting your water in and satiating some of that thirst before you eat. It will also help curb your appetite while you are eating and prevent you from overeating because your stomach will already feel…

I gave up drinking on 1/1/14... I don't miss the feeling if being hungover, bloated, and way too full at all! Best decision I ever made
