I hit a bad spot in my routine- stopped going to the gym, stop eating right... I'm still getting back on track with eating right, but I ran my first 10- minute mile yesterday and (with jogging in between!) ran a mile at 9 minute mile speed!

I'm so off my game...
I went from going to the gym every day to only going a few times a week and I've been eating like crap... I need motivation! I need to get back on my routine and make it happen for myself, but I feel like all of a sudden my mojo is just gone...

I HATE THE SCALE
I know it lies. I know it fluctuates. I know it tries to trick me into losing my motivation. BUT I HATE IT. I know I'm not actually gaining 5 pounds overnight. I know it's a variety of things causing my weight to change both positively and negatively. BUT I HATE IT. just needed to rant. thanks for listening.

TDEE IS SO FRUSTRATING!
I've lost over 5 pounds since the last time I calculated TDEE, so I calculated it again this morning and it comes back over 200 calories difference depending on which web site I use. Gym shoes for flat feet...
I need new gym shoes as the ones I have are not properly supporting my feet. The problem, though, is there are thousands of shoes on the market!
