  • I'm in Canada too. Places like Subway and Tim Hortons have the nutrition info available in store. If you want to look them up online, just google Canadian nutrition information. I've found a lot of them that way
  • I had someone ask me how much I was trying to lose, and I said I wanted to get back down to my high school weight (128lbs. I'm 5'3"). When I told her, she asked, "Are you sure you'll be able to do that at your age?" I'm 29, so yeah.. I don't think my age will be a problem
  • You can do it!! I'm nearing day 100. It gets easier. When I started, I hated water. I thought it was gross. Now I crave water. It's weird (the thought of me craving water.. not the water itself :smile: ), but awesome

  • The city of Ottawa gyms do. (This includes Walter Baker, Bob MacQuarrie and all sorts of others). You can pay for 1-month, 3-months, I think 6, or one year. You can also pay for a certain # of visits instead, and they have all sorts of different plans based on what you're planning to use.
