Since then I've had at least 2 other allergic reactions and basically I am allergic to practically everything. Anyway, it was not until my first…

What do you mean by "complete break"? I usually exercise 4 or 5 days per week between 30 and 48 minutes (depending on what my workout is that day). I've been exercising like this since roughly mid-2011. Thanks, Crystal

My labs & vitals have all been good (except my Vitamin D was unusually low - so they gave me a prescription to boost my Vitamin D). It's just so strange. I'm feeling good today and yesterday wasn't too terrible. Maybe I just overdid it the other day on my run.

I didn't think about it, but lately I've been getting to bed so late and getting up early. Thanks for reminding me how important sleep is.

I think alot of folks fail or regain their weight because they stop tracking and logging. I believe essentially that is the beginning of the fail and eventually folks may even stop working out. I think it is imperative that we log, and track our food till our life on this earth ends, but that is just my opinion.

You are so right -being happy is important. Best of luck in determining what will make you happy and achieving that goal. :)

Wow!! Great resolutions... The 5k - you can definitely do this and the tough mudder - yeah I imagine that would be fun.. I want to do one of those things, too. I've no doubt you can do it. With a commitment to healthy choices and exercise you'll get to the 135 lb. My suggestion just keep it healthy so that it is more…

What terrific goals you have. Without a doubt you can lose the additional 69 pounds. Just stay focused and determined and keep going after it. I believe # 2 will occur as you are reaching for goal # 1. Stick to it and you should be successful in your journey, but above all don't quit :). # 3 - I know what you mean. Yikes -…

Those are great resolutions. You can do both. I just finished my schooling and should be getting my degree shortly. I'm all about the health thing though and believe if you want it bad enough and work for it - it'll be. Good luck :)

You have quite alot of goals, but I believe each one is achievable. Try not to be hard on yourself and take it one day at a time. My suggestion would be to tackle them one at a time (though I realize you aren't asking for suggestions - so please take no offense by my suggestion). You can do this!! Best of luck and may 2014…
