  • My medical doctor told me to eat every 2 hours. The American Diabetic Foundation recommends that Diabetics eat small meals every 2-3 hours to prevent spikes in Blood Sugar. The American Heart Association recommends the same thing. Where are you getting your information from because medical associations feel differently.
  • I followed 100 Percent. UNDER the amount of food I was supposed to eat. I gained weight. Today, it came off. Are you do for your period? Water wait? I am starting menopause, so my system is all screwed up and with me, I think it is water weight. Stay the course. It is beyond frustrating, but it will come off.
