  • Finished Day 4 tonight! Some parts are getting easier. Since I can't manage to even do the "modified" pushups, I modified them even more by doing them on the wall. I feel better than when I didn't do them at all.
  • I'm 5'5 and 239, and I don't have any problem doing it. It's a butt kicking, but if I can do it, so can you!
  • I only have 5 lb weights, but that seems to be too heavy for some of the exercises. I'm going to pick up a set of 3lb weights for some of them, and then switch to 5 or 8lb for others.
  • I've noticed some things are getting easier to do, but others are just as difficult if not more because I'm sore. I really suck at the push ups. I've been doing the girl ones on the knees, but still can't do them properly or finish the entire set.
  • I do the workouts later at night as well, so my day 2 was Friday night. I definitely noticed something's were easier and others were much harder. I don't have any issues with soreness or fatigue on my lower body at all, but I absolutely suck at push-ups and the raising of my arms while doing the side lunges. I just can't…

  • I ordered 30DS over the holidays and still haven't tried it yet, but I've been thinking about it a lot more recently. I'm new to MFP, but not new to online groups like this. I look forward to trying out 30DS with you all!
