You really can't make room for a 900 calorie blizzard on a regular basis. OP will not benefit from all the "just fit it into your day" comments because the sentiment behind the advice is the essence of will-power.
-
Since you see people mentioning will-power as a negative comment, I'm not really sure what you're looking for as a response. Maybe you should think about medicating your depression and/or joining a support group for compulsive over-eaters (they are usually free and held in libraries or local hospitals)? I have binge eating…

Every single person doing paleo is doing 'their own version of it' which is because it's nearly impossible to follow. It's a restrictive diet. You will eliminate grains, dairy, legumes (beans and some nuts), anything "processed"... I went to a bbq last summer and met someone who was paleo. She ate a burger patty with…

My mom is 52 and looks like she is in her early 40's because she watches her intake and keeps moving. People are always freaked out when they find out her daughter is over 30. "Babies having babies?" haha. To stop derailing the thread on the "what age do you want to live to" debate: I have been through periods of watching…

spread a laughing cow cheese wedge on a 6" corn tortilla and roll it up. 85 calories.

If I ate whatever I wanted without restraint and never exercised, I would wager that I'd be super morbidly obese within 2 years.

I've been lifting heavy for almost a year now. I got started by using just the bare bar and did stonglifts 5x5 for 10 weeks. I looked up everything I needed to know online, including watching form videos, lots of them. The most important thing for a beginner is learning form and consistently going back. Just to prepare…

You can also log exercise as 1 calorie so you don't have the extra calories to eat back and your macro requirements won't change.

I saw this show on the food network, or maybe it was the travel channel, w/e - they went to a factory that produces molasses and turbinado "raw" sugar. Both of these are repeatedly mentioned by clean eaters as being "better for you" than white sugar. What I found out: both of those things are extremely processed. Like 7-8…

Oh hey, a planet fitness thread. *makes popcorn*

lmao "Anyone without kids, shut up." Good luck with that.
-
Quinoa isn't paleo. So you aren't really doing paleo. Just eat food you enjoy in reasonable portions and teach your kids to do the same.

mayo, sweet relish and celery salt

I wake up at 4:30, go outside and start my car, then I get dressed and get stuff together for the gym. By the time I get on the road (maybe 4:50 ish) my car is blowing hot air, so I really only have to deal with the cold for maybe 14 seconds total. Plus I find gainz to be enough motivation for me to keep going back.

I see your point, but I also so OP's point. Saying "you have such a pretty face" to an overweight woman is basically saying "You have such a pretty face... you should lose weight because you would be 'really' pretty if you weren't so fat." I never got the "pretty face" comments, mostly because my face is not attractive at…

Just the plain vanilla. I don't do much to jazz it up. Water, ice, 1 scoop and 2 single serve vanilla instant coffee packets.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Because it's good. It gives my boyfriend horrific gas, though.

He already answered this for himself, but I will too. Some people in this thread are acting like mentioning that the rush exist means we are wishing failure on newbies. That's not even remotely close to what was said. I am dreading the rush because last year it made it hard for me to get equipment. I will breathe a sigh of…

The other day I was looking at some video on youtube and the first comment was like "Haha, white people are crazy amirite?" and it was followed by 200 replies tearing the girl that made that comment apart, calling her antisemitic names and insinuating that she is a *kitten*... So yeah. MFP is pretty tame. Peeps be like…

Truth.

Who's being a jerk to you? Some lady went flag happy and started arguing with everyone because she got offended that her daughter has the "butt showing" posture you mentioned in your OP? ETA: The question was answered, too. Some people have that posture, some don't, most people with that posture stand that way on purpose,…

It's not about the sizes "being compared", the sizes in the same line on that chart are literally the same cup volume. Someone with a 28FF (I know someone with this size) has the same size breasts as I do (36D) My 28FF friend was wearing like 32D before she got measured. I was wearing 36 C. Both of our attitudes were…

Yes.
-
in, for butts.
-
The letter on your cup size doesn't mean you have large breasts. Like I mentioned 34DD is the same exact cup size as 38C, and 40B, and 42A... Saying someone is "smaller than a C" doesn't make sense, because a "C" is different depending on your band size. A 38C is equivalent to a 36D, but a 32C is the same size as a 30D or…
-
I went up a cup size when I lost weight, because my band size decreased and my breast tissue stayed the same size. I was cramming into a 36C and found out I was actually a 36D. I get told "You don't look like a D!" because people have some incorrect notion that "D" means "big." It's just the ratio of your band to your…

Stop looking at this as something you can quit. I've been feeling pretty "meh" about sticking to my calorie goal lately. I've been going over, but I log everything I eat and I'm still going to the gym. Look at this as your life, not something you can stop and start doing. Don't set a goal to be a certain weight by X date.…

I have 49 and they are all from the same thread. The one where the guy was like "People should only comment on threads if they are answering the EXACT QUESTION the OP is asking."
