If cereal is your weakness then dont have it in the house, do go near the isles at the grocery store and avoid it and you will have nothing to worry about.

My weekly weight in is tomorrow, so I wont go crazy, but I will be doing bake in bag pork chops green beans and pasta for the wif and kiddo, and I will probably just end up cutting up a porkchop into a small salad, so about 3-5oz pork chop with 1.5-2 cups salad 2 tbs italian dressing, a pinch of shredded cheese.

Even though my job is primarly a desk job, I do have chances throughout the day to get up and move around a lot. I work-out daily and still have about 10lbs to lose. Anyone feel free to add me and I will try and comment daily.

Good Job! I do the same to an extent. I still have my favorite foods, just not as often and not as much per sitting as I use to. I also do carido early in the morning, go to work, then towards the end of my day I go lift weights. I have noticed about a 7lb drop in the last week or so.
