I decided to take a break from MFP and get back to basics and look after my health issues. So here I am back again :) I have lost in total 35lbs and have another 25-30lb left to go!!.. so I am looking for some motivating and encouraging friends. I will always comment on your progress and your effort...

    Same with me. I lost 55lbs with the help of MFP but had to step away from here for a bit. I just re-upped & have about 35 to go!
