I went from a tight size 20 to a comfortable size six. If I did it anyone can. I did it without sacrificing my favorite foods. I just cut back less salt less sugars and added fruits and vegies.

I am also on low sodium. I found that preparing my own food is the easiest. They put salt in everything from Jello to chicken, even fresh chicken. I watch the labels. you can't get away from it but you can definitely reduce it. I use a lot of Mrs. Dash., they have a lot of different seasonings. I watch the labels on all…

I have lost 73 lbs. I attribute it to the fact I cut out the salt and sugars. Quit drinking diet soda or caffene and drink lots of water. I also exercise on a regular basis and lift weights. I hardly ever buy prepared foods anymore and make most from scratch so I can control the ingredients. I haven't done away with much…

Eat smaller portions and eat the healthier food instead of the cookies and cakes. A small cookie occasionally within your calorie goal is not going to hurt. Don't let guilt get to you if you do go over as the holidays come around but once a year.

Set several goals write them down than work toward them. When you find yourself getting to those goals you will be amazed and will keep you going Everyone has to start somewhere so start slow and eventually you will actually learn to enjoy them. My exercise time has now become my time to myself to think and enjoy myself.
