I'm hoping for a come back
I lost over 100 lbs in 9 mon. but in the last year I have gained 40 of it back. I could make excuses but the fact is I just gave up. I need to get motivated again. Because of health reasons I can't exercise as hard as I did before but I can quit eating. I would like to lose 30-35 lbs.

When do you call it quits on weight loss. I have been losing weight for 6 months. I'm where the Dr. says I should be for my height and age but I feel i need to lose another 15 ibs.
