Sept 1,2013 was the day I decided I had had enough. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. They put me on so much medication that I was sick for months. I set several goals and one was to get off all medication. As of January I quit taking any medication. Next goal was to be able to wear my wedding rings again before our anniversary in March. Started wearing them in January. Goal 3 was to get to 130 lbs. This was accomplished in June. Goal 4 was to wear a size 6 pants. Bought my first pair last week. Now weigh 125 lbs. wear size 6 skinny leg pants and a small top. Now have to set new goals 1 . Horseback riding again. Haven't been since youngest daughter was 2. 2. Learn to cross country ski. Have always wanted to try it . 3 Take a cruise to a warm climate. 4 Continue good health with lots of exercise.

I like your track record, great example of what setting goals enables you to do. I'm not enthusiastic about cross-country skiing. I tried it years ago and it seemed like a practical joke. Walking in snow with boards on your feet. Skiing is defined as letting gravity pull you down a hill at high speed and riding up hill in a comfortable chair. All followed by a favorite beverage by the fire. Go to Colorado and achieve your goals!
